Rent

Renting out or renting a property

For landlords: tenants who pay on time. For tenants: a place that matches your budget, without the runaround.

How it works

Two sides of renting

What happens depends on whether you own the place or you're looking for one — here's each, step by step.

If you're a landlord

  1. Tell us about the property and the rent you want for it.

  2. We find a tenant and check who they are before you meet them.

  3. You meet the tenant and make the final call — it's your property, your decision.

  4. We help put the rent agreement in writing.

  5. Handover happens once both sides have signed and the advance is paid.

If you're looking for a place

  1. Tell us your budget, the area you want, and how long you need the place.

  2. We show you places that actually fit — not a long list to sort through yourself.

  3. We tell you the full total upfront: rent, advance, and any deposit, before you decide.

  4. You see the place in person before agreeing to anything.

  5. Once you're both agreed, we help get the rent agreement signed.

The paperwork

What a rent agreement should cover

  • How long the tenancy runs
  • The rent amount and when it's due
  • The advance and any deposit
  • Who pays for what — utilities, maintenance
  • Notice period for either side to end it

This is general information, not legal advice. If anything in your agreement is unclear, get it checked properly before you sign.
