Who we are
Based in Landhi, working across Karachi
Union Estate runs out of Shop No. 6, Near Jamia Masjid Usmania, Area 3/B, Landhi No. 3, Karachi. That is where deals get discussed and papers get checked.
We cover Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Quaidabad and Bin Qasim — sale and purchase of houses, flats, plots and shops, rentals for both landlords and tenants, and construction work from grey structure through to finishing.

We're local, and we work in person
Our shop is on Area 3/B in Landhi No. 3. Most conversations start with a message, but the property, the papers and the people involved get looked at in person before anything is agreed.
Papers checked before money moves
We look at the ownership papers and documentation before any payment changes hands. If something looks off, we say so rather than pushing the deal through.
Fee agreed upfront, in writing
There's no surprise commission at the end. What we charge is agreed with you before we start work, and put in writing.

Landhi
Our home ground — we're on Area 3/B and know most of the streets by name.
Korangi
Industrial area nearby keeps rental demand steady, especially for smaller units.
Malir
A wider spread than Landhi or Korangi — older residential streets alongside newer housing schemes.
Shah Faisal Colony
An established residential colony close to the airport, mostly older houses and flats.
Gulshan-e-Hadeed
A planned housing scheme that grew up around Pakistan Steel — quieter and more spread out than Landhi.
Quaidabad
Right next to Landhi and mostly residential — we handle enquiries here alongside our home area.
Bin Qasim
A larger, more spread-out area near Port Qasim — fewer enquiries than Landhi, but we cover it.
