We check the registry or sub-registrar records, the transfer letter, any NOC from the relevant authority, the allotment order, and the property tax status before we let a deal move forward. If any of these don't add up, we tell you before you spend a rupee. This is the single biggest reason people use a dealer instead of dealing directly.

Yes — from the initial agreement to the final transfer, we handle the paperwork so you're not running between offices yourself. You still sign everything and see every document; we manage the process, not the ownership decision. If a document needs to come from a government office, we tell you what it is and how long it usually takes.

Yes — grey structure, finishing, or fixing up an existing house, using people we've worked with before. Tell us what you own and what you want built, and we can talk through what's realistic for the plot and the budget. This is separate from buying or selling — you keep the plot, we help with the construction side.

Landhi is our home ground — our shop is on Area 3/B. We also actively cover Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Quaidabad, and Bin Qasim. If your property is outside these areas, message us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

We meet the prospective tenant, confirm their CNIC and current address, and ask about their employment or business before we bring them to you. We also check how long they expect to stay, since that matters as much as who they are. You make the final decision — we just make sure you're not deciding blind.
